This is the first Wednesday Wishes of 2013! It feels so amazing. Not only that, but Book Whispers is going into its 4th year! It’s amazing to think I’ve been blogging about books for 3 years.

For some reason upon seeing this cover I really thought this was a YA. It just has the feel. However, this is a new series by Thea Harrison with a darker paranormal twist.

This title is one I’ve been ignoring because the US cover is awful, and the title just underwhelms me. However, this title has been all the buzz.

Fairy tale retelling! So there! Though I have to be honest I have no idea what the Bluebeard fairy tale is . . . I feel so ashamed because I’m such a fairy tale nut!

It’s been so hard deciding whether or not to let the book surprise me, or research and find out what this fairy tale is all about.

Again this is another author I have been meaning to read. Dragons, stunning writing, and from what I hear from other readers amazing characters and world building. It just drives me crazy that I haven’t gotten to her adult series yet.

Oh, yes this is a YA spinoff of her adult series. I’m wondering if I need to read the adult one before I can jump in on the YA.
