Shera’s Thoughts: Had no idea that the author actaully designed his covers before Orbit picked them up. Very cool of him, and he did a nice job. However that doesn’t mean that I like them. This one has to be the worst entry to them.

Shera’s Thoughts: Another big puffy prom dress, but let’s be honest we all love the prom dresses. Love how the typography is slashed and the line through the “My Touch is Lethal”. Plus, the background behind her looks white spattered, it looks wonderful with the split background.

Shera’s Thoughts: Love, love, love it!!! Her hair turning into birds is clever! Plus I love how the main colors purple and black are used in about three shades each. It just makes the contrast all the more dazzling.

The Demon Lover by Juliet Dark

Shera’s Thoughts: This has a very YA feel to it, as this pose and look is really popular for them right now. Notice the birds too, which have also become common background elements. Still I love it. The use of space and the shades of blues and contrast is just stunning.
Maybe I’ll get tired of seeing this kind of cover, but not yet.

These are some really nice covers! As much as I love the man candy ones I adore the Ashes of Candesce cover, it is so beautiful! I haven't heard of that series but I want to start just as an excuse to have it on my shelf!
