Wednesday Wishes + Cover Coveting

Okay I've been enjoying watching Still Star-Crossed. It's been so hard to know when it airs that I've just been catching it on Roku when an episode hits. So now I've found out that they've dumped it and at least—thankfully—they will have a full season 1. However, didn't it ever occur that maybe because they made it so hard to know when it was airing that people had a hard time watching? Sighs. Feels like any of the summer shows they try are dumped before episode 3.

Moving on to books. I decided to use my WW header because I haven't used it in ages! However, the cover has been dropped.

Oh, and the book? It's a merging of AWESOME SAUCE authors. Gaze upon it.

I’m skipping my Wednesday Wishes post so that I can catch up on CC. Because some of these books are out or creeping closer. But like I said I'm not letting Windows 10 or Open Office mess this up for me. (Really starting to think I need to move to Ubuntu.)

Hope everyone enjoyed a wonderful Independence Day weekend, and if you were lucky it was a super long one! (That's for all my USA readers, everyone else I still hope it was awesome.

So after I posted my last CC the "cloud" I saved the covers I hunted for cleared out. Windows updated and ruined my cloud somehow. You know this happened last year too. Well suddenly they reappeared! (After I started deleting other folders that were "empty" of course.)

So they're probably old news, but I'm still doing them.

Sorry, looks like my cloud froze some of (A FREAKING LOT!) of my other covers. At this point I should just toss it out the window, however I'm now more determined to make these covers FINALLY get posted. Darn it!

As promised my first official post back is all about the lovely covers!

So normally when TV season ends and summer TV starts up we go movie mode. (And I try and catch up/get my hands on the cable shows I miss.) However, I'm actually looking forward to Still Star-Crossed. Shonda's shows can be hit or miss for me, but normally a hit. (Though they sometimes fizzle out the longer they run.)

I'm not post dating this post too far a head, so I'll actually get to watch it tonight (AKA Monday night). I'm looking forward to the dramatic after affects of the lovebirds' suicides, especially with this new lore.

However, others do and I feel like many readers didn't give it a try because of the less then stellar cover art. Look at that title font!
